Room to Read: Black History Month Literacy & Education Initiative

In honor of Black History Month, the Florida A&M University Chapter, The Alpha Xi of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is leading a February Literacy & Education Initiative in partnership with Brownsville Preparatory Institute (BPI).

This initiative is rooted in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s national Room to Read commitment and is designed to celebrate Black history, early literacy, and educational excellence while making a direct impact on students and families.

This is a February-only initiative and is structured around two engagement tiers: direct literacy service and community fundraising.
